Parcel delivery

Free next working day delivery on orders over £100 to most UK mainland addresses. Under £100, it's £10 for next working day or £8.50 for 2-3 working days.

2-person delivery

Larger items are delivered by a 2-person team to your room of choice, and they take the packaging away. Next working day to most of England and Wales, from £14.99.

3-person delivery

Our heaviest items are delivered by a 3-person team, Monday to Friday, within 3 working days, from £39.99.

Scotland and remote areas

Delivery to Scotland may take longer and cost more. Next working day and room of choice delivery aren't available in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and parts of the Highlands and Islands. Items there usually arrive kerbside on a pallet within 2-3 working days.

Delivery cut off times

Order and pay in full before 5pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm on Thursday and before 5pm on Friday are delivered on Monday. Deliveries usually take place between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Click & Collect

Collect from our warehouse in Murton (SR7 9DR), Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and let us know before you visit.

When a much loved part of your kitchen breaks down or you need a fast upgrade, our help is always on hand. If you’re willing to travel to our warehouse based in Seaham, we’re on hand to help with the same day collection of your new equipment.

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and give us a call when you arrive, we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns
At ECatering, we understand that in a busy kitchen, plans can change or the wrong equipment might be ordered.

If you need to return an item, you can submit a return request through your ECatering account on the Returns page, and our team will guide you every step of the way.

Collections
For larger pallet items, we can arrange collection from your premises. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

For smaller parcel items, you’re welcome to return them using your preferred courier service.

Condition of Returns
To qualify for a full refund, products should be as-new and in their original packaging, ready to be safely used in another professional kitchen.

Restocking Fees
All returned equipment is carefully inspected and tested to ensure it meets the high standards required in commercial kitchens.

To cover inspection, testing, and repackaging, a restocking fee applies:
• 25% for standard returns
• 40% if the item cannot be returned to stock in saleable condition

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
• Used or customised items
• Perishable goods
• Items purchased as part of a promotion (we’ll provide a store credit instead)
