Christmas Delivery Information
Pallet Deliveries:
- Standard delivery: Orders must be placed by 4pm on Friday 20th December for delivery on the 23rd December.
- Next day delivery: Orders placed between Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd December must be next day delivery in order to receive them in time for Christmas.
Parcel Deliveries:
- Standard delivery: Orders must be placed by 4pm on 19th December for delivery on 24th December.
- Next day: Orders must be placed by 4pm on 23rd December for delivery on 24th December.
Warehouse Operating Hours:
- Our warehouse will close at 12:00pm on 24th December. Orders placed after this time will not be processed or dispatched until 27th December.
- Normal operating hours will resume after 27th December. We will be closed on New Year's Day.

All orders over £100 excluding VAT qualify for our free next working day delivery service Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
There are a limited number of products which free next working day delivery doesn't apply to. We will endeavour to inform you about this in the product description and/or at checkout.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

What happens if I am not at the premises when my order arrives?

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
